The trend of the home makers has eventually changed to that of environment friendly places to stay in. There are people as well as home property companies that are coming up with eco friendly homes which are natural friendly.
However there have been objections from the likes of HOA which is the Homeowner’s association.
This is an institution that has the power to make decisions on the behalf of a complete community and the rules presented by such a company must be enforced on all. These people condemn the green homes or rather the eco assisting houses since they believe that such homes take away aesthetics of a place and cause an immediate drop in the value of the whole property.
However there are people who are opting for such homes with every passing day since they believe that these eco friendly houses are not only good to look at but also assist in maintaining the balance of the nature.
